We aim to deliver within the timeframe shown at checkout. Unless agreed otherwise, goods must be delivered within 30 days.
5. Returns & your right to cancel
Your cancellation rights and return process are explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy, including the UK 14-day cooling-off period for distance sales.
6. Faulty or misdescribed items
If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us and we’ll make it right (replacement, refund, or another appropriate remedy).
