Returns & Refunds

Your right to cancel (UK customers)

If you’re shopping from the UK, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days after you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods — for any reason.

To cancel, you must tell us with a clear statement (email is fine). You can use the cancellation template at the end of this page.

Return window after cancellation

After you tell us you want to cancel, you must send the goods back within 14 days.

Condition of returned items

You may handle the product to inspect it (as you would in a shop). If the item shows signs of use beyond what’s necessary to inspect it, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value.

Order processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before dispatch.

Hygiene & sealed goods

For hygiene reasons, some items may be non-returnable if unsealed (where applicable).

Return costs

  • Change of mind returns: you are responsible for the cost of return postage (unless we state otherwise).

  • Faulty/damaged/incorrect items: we cover return shipping (or offer a suitable remedy).

Refunds

If you cancel within the cooling-off period, we refund:

  • the price you paid for the goods, and

  • the cost of standard delivery (if you paid for delivery). If you chose a premium delivery option, the extra cost isn’t refunded.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or within 14 days of you providing evidence you sent them back.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

How to start a return

Email us at Contact Us with:

  • your order number

  • the item(s) you want to return

  • the reason (optional)

We’ll reply with return instructions and the return address.
